The subject of the Agreement is the expansion of the currently operated Hospital Information System (HIS) with new modules and functionalities and integration with the systems currently used by the Ordering Party. The subject of the Agreement includes the following supplies and services:
a) Supply of equipment, including: servers, disk arrays, and switches along with the delivery of software, installation, and configuration (hereinafter: Equipment).
b) Delivery of licenses authorizing the Ordering Party to use the delivered Applications.
c) Delivery of a solution for the digitization of medical documentation.
d) Integration with the Intelligent Services Platform.
e) Delivery of solutions increasing the level of cybersecurity of the Ordering Party,
f) Preparation of Project Documentation.
g) Implementation of the delivered solutions.
h) Integration of the delivered solutions with the systems currently used by the Ordering Party as described in the SWZ.
i) Training of the Ordering Party's personnel.
