3.1. The subject of the contract includes the delivery and installation along with the commissioning of renewable energy installations:
a) photovoltaic panels for facilities located in the commune - number of installations 160 pieces, with a total power of 1134.9 kW
b) installation of 1 photovoltaic installation on BUP - with a power of 39.6 kW
c) installation of 8 hybrid inverters for BUP
d) energy storage units for photovoltaic installations in the quantity of 160 pieces for facilities located in the commune with a capacity of 1184 kWh
e) energy storage units for photovoltaic installations in the quantity of 9 pieces for BUP with a minimum capacity of 185 kWh
3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Functional-Utility Program, which is Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
3.3. The delivery includes factory new and unused devices. The contractor will ensure the collection, training, and instruction of users in the price of the offer.
3.4. The ordering party requires a 10-year warranty on the mounting structure for photovoltaic modules.
3.5. The contractor should foresee and price in their offer that about 10% of the installations will be installed on the ground.
3.6. The ordering party does not allow for partial offers (the order is not divided into parts due to the fact that the subject of the order constitutes one indivisible whole and cannot be divided for technical and functional reasons).
3.7. By the term supply of equipment, it should be understood the delivery at its own cost and risk of the subject of the order required by the Ordering Party, its installation at the place indicated by the user along with the commissioning of all devices, checking their correct operation and assigning them the proper configuration and conducting training for the user.
3.8. The subject of the order also includes the preparation of design documentation on ecological paper (i.e. paper made from recycled paper - recycling, natural gray-beige color, unbleached, possessing certification such as EU Ecolabel or equivalent. The contractor will be required to present, upon request from the Ordering Party, evidence confirming that the paper used is ecological).
3.9. Construction equipment used to implement the project must possess the necessary technical examinations. Delivery vehicles used to carry out the order must be powered/charged from renewable energy sources. The Ordering Party allows vehicles such as: BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle), FCEV (Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle), EREV (Extended Range Electric Vehicle).
3.10. The delivery of the subject of the order is co-financed under the project: “Construction of renewable energy installations along with energy storage” with funds from the European Union under the Regional Program European Funds for Łódzkie 2021-2027.
