The consultation concerns the supply and management of energy, operation, adaptation to measures aimed at improving the energy efficiency of heat production equipment, and the production of hot water. The property consists of 24 sites (including 12 connected to a district heating network) for a total of 2,485 housing units. These are distributed across the Haut de Seine department (1,431 housing units), the Seine-Saint-Denis department (1,033 housing units), and Val d'Oise (21 housing units). The objective of the Energy Performance Contract is to achieve a goal of reducing energy consumption (gas and district heating) and to propose a transition energy orientation through the implementation of renewable energies and/or connection to urban networks (currently at 0%).
- Lot 1 - Meudon:
o Energy reduction: approximately 18% by the start of the 2028/2029 heating season;
o Renewable energy: 0% (awaiting energy mix of the RCU);
- Lot 2 - Courneuve:
o Energy reduction: approximately 18% by the start of the 2028/2029 heating season;
o Renewable energy: approximately 30% by the start of the 2028/2029 heating season (notably thanks to the RCU). The technical and economic feasibility will be studied and will determine the final objectives of the market.
