1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works for the investment task entitled “Construction of a New Marina Master's Office at Marina Gdynia,” involving the construction of a new marina master's office of the Marina Gdynia yacht harbor, along with facilities for sailing clubs, on municipal land designated as plots with land registry numbers 3024, 3025, and 3026 in precinct 0026 Downtown.
2. The subject of the order consists of two Phases:
1) Phase I – preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation and obtaining the final decision on the building permit/certificates of no grounds to raise objections against the notification of intent to carry out construction works.
2) Phase II – execution of construction works in the scope resulting from the design and cost estimate documentation prepared in Phase I, referred to in point 1, together with all other accompanying works and performance of multidisciplinary author's supervisory control over the execution of construction works carried out based on the design and cost estimate documentation prepared in Phase I, referred to in point 1, as well as obtaining the occupancy permit decision by the Contractor.
