The Shared Services Center (CDU) has been designed and implemented as a scalable, highly secure, and energy-efficient platform that tracks the demand and supply for the capacities of hosted systems, thereby achieving significant savings while ensuring high quality of service with quick responses to new requests. In order for the CDU platform to meet the standards set by the Regulation on Organizational and Technical Standards for Connection to the State Information Infrastructure and the new Law on Cybersecurity, an agreement is needed for the expansion and upgrade of security systems on the CDU platform. This will significantly increase the security of hosted systems and protect the users of CDU services. The procurement is divided into 4 groups: - Group 1 - Upgrade of application delivery controllers - Group 2 - Network traffic security monitoring solution - NDR - Group 3 - Solution for the collection, storage, and processing of log records - LMS - Group 4 - Solution for protecting email from zero-day threats - Zero-day protection

Upgrade of application delivery controllers.
The subject of the procurement is the upgrade of existing application delivery controllers and the extension of their maintenance. The upgrade includes a license upgrade of existing devices, thereby further unlocking the hardware resources embedded in the devices, resulting in increased capacity of the devices for traffic processing. As part of this procurement, the maintenance of existing devices will be extended for the next 5 years.

Solution for network traffic security monitoring - NDR.
The subject of the procurement is the delivery of a solution for network traffic security monitoring (eng. Network Detection And Response), hereinafter referred to as the NDR solution. As part of this subject, a complete solution must be offered, which includes the delivery of software, hardware, installation and commissioning services, and an extended warranty lasting 3 years from delivery.

Solution for the collection, storage, and processing of log records (logs) - LMS.
The subject of this procurement is the delivery of a solution for the collection, storage, and processing of log records (eng. Log management system), hereinafter referred to as the LMS solution. As part of this subject, licenses for the software with an extended warranty lasting 5 years from the delivery of the licenses must be offered.

Solution for protecting email from zero-day threats - Zero-day protection.
The subject of the procurement is the delivery of licenses for the system to protect email from zero-day threats (hereinafter referred to as Zero-day protection), which provides comprehensive protection for organizations against threats via email, such as malware, phishing attacks, spam, zero-day threats, and other forms of cyber attacks. As part of the procurement, licenses for the software solution that is installed on the CDU virtualization platform must be delivered. An extended warranty lasting 3 years for all offered components must be provided.
