With this information request, we aim to gauge the suppliers' perspectives on draft materials to ensure that the procurement can be conducted in a quality and purpose-driven manner. Please note that the information, descriptions, and estimates regarding the timing of the tender publication are preliminary and indicative. SUMMARY OF THE PROCUREMENT TARGET
The tender aims to procure suppliers for a framework arrangement from whom expert work or services can be ordered with separately defined orders. The selected suppliers may also be contracted for services during maintenance, support, and continuous service periods. During the contract period, the precise description and scope of the assignment will be determined per order.
The procurement ensures diverse availability and expertise in expert services. The expert services to be procured complement Istekki's own expertise in business areas. We aim for a long-term partnership with the selected Suppliers, ensuring a diverse acquisition of different skills for development projects and other expert needs.
The procurement target is divided into five (5) different skill categories:
1. Expert work in data analytics
2. Consulting in information management
3. Expert work in artificial intelligence
4. Expert in software automation
5. Expert work in testing
The procurement will establish 12 sectors, with a maximum of 10 entities meeting the minimum requirements selected for each.
COMMENTING ON MATERIALS:
The materials for comment should be requested from: hankinnat@istekki.fi. Materials will be delivered to requesters as requests are received. Please note that due to the summer holiday period, materials will not be delivered between 7.7-2.8.2026. Comment materials should be requested before 7.7.2026 or after 2.8.2026. The request must indicate the email address to which the materials will be delivered.
Title the request as follows: " [Company xxx], Request to comment on documents: Procurement of Expert Work in Data Analytics, Information Management, Artificial Intelligence, etc."
