Business Finland (hereinafter referred to as "Contracting Unit/BF") requests suitable candidates to submit a participation application for the competitive negotiation procedure of the procurement 605/27/2023 Cloud Maintenance and Management Services in accordance with this participation request and its attachments.
The objective of the procurement is the development of BF's cloud platform based on Microsoft cloud services, management and maintenance services, as well as training services for BF experts and end-users. The cloud platform includes BF's Azure, Power Platform, M365, as well as related development platforms (Azure DevOps and GitHub) and any new service bundles and features that might be procured for the cloud platform, which will be implemented in separate projects as needed. The management and maintenance services encompass the administration, development, and operation of these aspects of the cloud platform under BF's guidance and based on service monitoring triggers.
The subject of procurement is described in more detail in the attachments to the participation request. The attachments to the participation request are drafts and may be updated during the negotiations for the final call for tenders.
At the time of publication of the participation request, the estimated maximum value of the procurement is €2,500,000 (VAT 0%), based on an estimated need for five (5) years. The contract is expected to be indefinite based on preliminary estimates.
