Installation of a 15 kWp photovoltaic system with a 30 kWh energy storage, requiring specific technical parameters and warranties, along with mandatory site inspection and compliance documentation.
PV Installation with Energy Storage 1.1 Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 15 kWp together with an energy storage of 30 kWh A. Photovoltaic installation – 1 unit. Minimum technical parameters: - Installed power: 15 kWp - modules with double glass - modules made with MONO PERC technology, or equivalent - minimum module power 450 Wp - module efficiency (STC) min. 20.7% - linear warranty of PV panels performance: 80% - 85% after 30 years - 10-year product warranty on modules - modules should be equipped with bypass diodes (half-cut technology or equivalent) - PV modules with mechanical strength not less than 5400 Pa (pressure) and 2400 Pa (suction) - modules having an individual, maximum power point - three-phase inverter with monitoring capability and wifi network connection - inverter compatible with energy storage - protection against reverse polarity - protection against damage caused by lightning strikes and overvoltages - inverter efficiency at 98.5% - capability to collect data on generated electrical energy and make it available both locally on the inverter display and via an online monitoring portal - minimum inverter warranty of 10 years - structure suitable for installation on pitched roofs - aluminum structure or steel protected with an anti-corrosion metallic Zn-Al-Mg coating compliant with PN-EN 10346 or equivalent standard - minimum warranty on structure 10 years
B. Energy storage – 1 unit. Technical parameters: - power of the converter system (inverter): 15kVA, - storage capacity: 30kWh, - possibility to expand with additional modules, - number of phases: three-phase storage, - function preventing overload of the limited alternating current source by automatic adjustment of battery charging or compensation of power from the battery, - mounting and protection elements: stackable parts, connectors, fuses, electric cable - minimum warranty on energy storage 10 years or up to 8000 cycles
Minimum required warranty on performed works: 5 years.
Year of manufacture of offered devices – no older than produced in 2020.
The estimated budget level for the contract is 95,600.00 PLN net. If budget assumptions are exceeded, the tender may be declared void. The contracting authority foresees advance and/or partial payments.
ATTENTION: The bidder is required to familiarize themselves with the site of service implementation, prevailing environmental, technical, and organizational conditions. The cost of any site inspection is borne by the bidder. A mandatory site inspection will be held on 07.10.2026 at 10:00 AM. During the inspection, the contracting authority will require signing an attendance list and presenting identification. If unable to participate on the scheduled date, bidders may request an additional date through the "questions" section of the Competitiveness Database no later than 08.10.2026.
As part of the contract, the contractor is obliged to perform all works, supplies, services, train on operation, tests, inspections, measurements, agreements, and necessary activities and prepare and hand over to the contracting authority complete as-built documentation prepared according to applicable regulations. If product names, sources, trademarks, patents, or specific origin are mentioned in the description or requirements, they may be replaced with equivalent or better solutions with technical and functional parameters not worse than those specified. Where specific standards, approvals, technical specifications, and reference systems established by Polish and European standardization bodies apply, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions. The contractor referencing equivalent solutions must demonstrate compliance with the contracting authority’s requirements by attaching catalog sheets for the proposed solutions to the offer.
