Description:
The project involves the design, construction, and commissioning of an Intelligent Transport System in Radom, which includes the installation and adaptation of traffic signals at intersections, integration of subsystems, and establishment of a data transmission network and Traffic Control Center.

The subject of the order is the design, construction, and commissioning of the Intelligent Transport System in Radom (hereinafter referred to as the "ITS System") in connection with the implementation of the project entitled: "Development of urban mobility infrastructure in the Functional Area of Radom – stage I and II". The order is carried out in the mode of "design and build", so it consists of two basic stages: the design stage and the implementation stage. The order includes the design, installation, and commissioning of the ITS system and the reconstruction of the geometry of selected intersections.
The order includes:
- reconstruction and construction of traffic signals at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings,
- adaptation of traffic signals at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings to operate in the ITS system,
- implementation at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings equipped with traffic signals of priorities for public transportation,
- delivery and commissioning of an IT application integrating ITS subsystems,
- reconstruction of the geometry of intersections,
- equipping the Traffic Control Center and the server room,
- creation of a data transmission network,
- delivery of electric vehicles.
The detailed subject of the order is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) which is Annex No. 6 to the OPZ.
