1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the task in the “design and build” formula, including in particular:
1) development of a separate technical design for each location covered by the contract, together with obtaining the required approvals and submitting construction works notifications that do not require a building permit to the relevant architectural and construction administration authority, if such an obligation arises from legal regulations;
2) supply of all devices, materials, and components necessary to execute photovoltaic installations and energy storage systems;
3) execution of assembly works, commissioning of the installation, and conducting all required tests, measurements, and acceptance procedures;
4) performing all actions necessary to register the micro-installations with the appropriate Distribution System Operator (DSO) and to achieve their connection and commissioning in accordance with applicable regulations;
5) conducting user training regarding the correct operation, usage, and basic maintenance of the installed systems;
6) providing maintenance services as well as fulfilling obligations arising from the quality warranty and liability for defects for the period specified in the Agreement.
2. As part of the basic contract subject, the Contractor will comprehensively execute:
1) phovoltaic installations amounting to 17 sets with a total power of not less than 379.2 kWp;
2) electric energy storage units totaling 16 with a minimum usable capacity of 418 kWh.
