As part of the implementation of the Agreement, the Contractor will: 1) prepare the Technical Design; 2) deliver and install Equipment at the Employer's location; 3) provide subscription licenses / perpetual licenses for the Software along with technical support from the manufacturer at a standard of 5/8 for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery; 4) provide subscription licenses / perpetual licenses for the Software for container orchestration on all cluster servers specified in Chapter 2 of Annex 1 to the Agreement, along with support from the manufacturer(s) of the container orchestration Software, for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery; 5) implement the expansion of the AI Platform in the Employer's IT environment in accordance with the Technical Design prepared by the Contractor and accepted by the Employer, particularly integrating the security modules of the AI Platform post-expansion with the Employer's security systems; 6) develop and deliver: a) the post-implementation documentation of the AI Platform, b) the administrative documentation describing, among other things, administrative procedures and maintenance of the AI Platform after expansion, c) the user documentation describing methods of working with the AI Platform after expansion, d) the technical data sheet of the AI Platform after expansion; 7) prepare test scenarios for internal and acceptance testing of the AI Platform post-expansion and assist during the acceptance tests conducted by the Employer, as well as prepare reports from the conducted tests mentioned in this point; 8) assist during the Employer's security testing and will fix any security vulnerabilities discovered during those tests; 9) ensure training for the Employer's employees based on the principles outlined in § 4 paragraph 42 - 50 of the agreement; 10) provide 20 annual subscriptions for e-learning courses prepared by the manufacturer of the expanded part of the AI Platform (regarding administration, usage of this part of the AI Platform, and building, implementing, and maintaining AI models) in Polish or English; 11) carry out consultation orders received from the Employer concerning the administration and usage of the AI Platform for up to 480 man-hours; 12) ensure access to a catalog of ready-made components for building AI solutions in accordance with the requirements specified in Chapter 3 of Annex 1 to the Agreement, throughout the period mentioned in point 3; 13) conduct workshops on building and implementing models on the expanded AI Platform, during which two models will be built and implemented: a) Speech-to-text for Polish – based on recordings, the model provides a transcription and then a summary, b) Chatbot in Polish for a selected thematic area using the RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) technique.
