Based on the contract, electric buses and charging stations will be purchased under the project "Acquisition of Non-Polluting Vehicles Required for Improving Public Passenger Transport in the Timișoara Area" - Round 2, PNRR/2022/C10/I1, specifically: Electric buses (10m) - 30 units; Charging stations at the bus depot - 30 units; and Rapid charging stations (along the route) - 15 units, in accordance with the requirements imposed in the awarding documentation.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 12th day before the deadline set for submitting offers, provided that the requests are made at least 22 days before the established deadline for submitting offers. Clarifications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

The buses will be solo type (not articulated), new, with low flooring (fully lowered floor), facilities for unlimited access for persons with reduced mobility (kneeling ramp), single-deck, intended for urban passenger transport in accordance with Regulation (EU) GSR 2019/2144 regarding requirements for type approval of vehicles and their trailers, as well as systems, components, and separate technical units intended for such vehicles, concerning their overall safety and the protection of vehicle occupants and vulnerable road users, amending Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Directive (EU) 2019/1161 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20, 2019 amending Directive 2009/33/EC on the promotion of non-polluting and energy-efficient road transport vehicles, Law no. 92/2007 on local public transport services, with subsequent amendments and completions.
