The subject of this Public Procurement is the obligation of the supplier to provide the Contracting Authority (hereinafter also referred to as the "Orderer") with support and development of the IS MONITOR system.
The subject of performance includes the following activities:
a) provision of regular IT support services for the operation of the IS MONITOR;
b) development of IS MONITOR within the scope of the expected activities, whose demonstrative enumeration is specified in Appendix No. 2 of the Binding Proposal of the Contract – Specification of Development Activities of IS MONITOR of this Contract, which are not provided on a regular basis, but at the request of the Orderer;
c) resolution of defects (including elimination of their consequences), which are classified in Article 3 of the Binding Proposal of the Contract, and carried out according to the procedures in Article 4 and Article 5 of the Binding Proposal of the Contract, where the required deadlines for confirming receipt of defect notifications and deadlines for rectifying defects are also specified.
The subject of performance also includes, in the case of any termination of the contract, a service consisting mainly of executing a handover plan (Exit plan) and additionally providing truthful and complete information and documentation regarding the current state of fulfillment according to the contract.

Provision of Support and Development Services for IS MONITOR 2026+.
