The Western Uusimaa welfare area (hereinafter also the Buyer) invites tenders for the procurement of expert services in service renewal, data-driven management, and artificial intelligence. This tender procedure aims to acquire suppliers for a framework arrangement from which services can be ordered separately as defined or as a result of a simplified competition. The framework arrangement is described in more detail in Appendix 2 Framework Agreement, section 5 of the call for tenders.

The procurement targets expert services in service renewal, data-driven management, and artificial intelligence to meet the needs of the Western Uusimaa welfare area's service and operational development. The goal of the Western Uusimaa welfare area is to ambitiously renew its services through the latest technologies, customer-oriented and strategic planning and design, data-driven management, and impactful change management. This procurement ensures diverse availability and expertise of expert services that support the development and renewal of services.
