This public procurement is divided into 4 separate lots as follows:
- Lot No. 1 "Engineering (design, construction and author supervision) for the implementation of the project 'Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 22, block 116, Harmanli';
- Lot No. 2 "Engineering (design, construction and author supervision) for the implementation of the project 'Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 45, block 9-1, entrance A and entrance B, Harmanli';
- Lot No. 3 "Engineering (design, construction and author supervision) for the implementation of the project 'Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 69, entrance A and B, Harmanli';
- Lot No. 4 "Execution of engineering (design, construction and author supervision) for the project 'Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building, Trakia district, block 16, entrance A and B, Harmanli'.
For each separate lot, the public procurement covers:
- Activity I. Development of an investment project at the 'Working project' phase for relevant parts according to the requirements of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and the applicable subordinate legal framework specified in the 'Technical Specification' accompanying this documentation. The working project will be prepared based on the technical specifications, the report from the energy audit, the report on the results of the examination for determining the technical characteristics, and the technical passport of the building, which are an integral part of the technical specifications. The investment project is developed in accordance with applicable legislation in the following parts: "Architecture", "Structures", "Energy efficiency", "Electro", "Fire safety", "Safety and health plan", "Construction waste management plan".
- Activity II. Execution of Construction and Installation Works (СМР) based on the developed and approved working investment project, while complying with the requirements of all current laws, regulations, and standards in the Republic of Bulgaria regarding the execution of facilities and works of such nature, according to the technical specifications.
- Activity III. Exercise of author supervision during construction within the scope according to Article 162 of the ZUT for all parts of the investment project.
The facilities for which the aforementioned activities are to be carried out are:
- Multi-family residential building, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 22, block 116, Harmanli with total built-up area (RZP) 5109.65 sq.m.;
- Multi-family residential building, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 45, block 9-1, entrance A and entrance B, Harmanli with total built-up area (RZP) 3358 sq.m.;
- Multi-family residential building, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 69, entrance A and B, Harmanli with total built-up area (RZP) 3483.40 sq.m.;
