The subject of the procurement is the preparation of project-technical documentation and the construction of new infrastructure for charging electric city low-floor buses in the garage-parking area of the Contracting Authority on a 'turnkey' basis (eng. Design & Build). The procurement subject is not divided into groups as it is acquired on a 'turnkey' basis. The execution of the contract includes the service of preparing the entire project-technical documentation, goods (equipment), and works, and the contract is executed on a 'turnkey' basis, in accordance with Article 630 of the Obligations Act until the complete functionality of the building in question. The selected bidder is obliged to carry out all works necessary for the use of the building. The subject of the procurement includes the preparation of detailed project-technical documentation for the construction of infrastructure, including obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, in accordance with the regulations in the field of spatial planning and construction.
