The contracting authority requires the contractor to submit the following documents along with the offer: a technical specification or a data sheet or an equivalent document of the offered equipment confirming compliance with the requirements set by the contracting authority in the description of the subject of the contract/price form constituting an attachment to the SWZ. In the evaluation, the contracting authority will only consider the features included in the submitted documents. In the case of attaching documents to the offer or if the documents requested by the contracting authority are submitted in a foreign language, they must be provided with a translation into Polish. According to the provisions of Article 107, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority anticipates and reserves the right to request the contractor to submit or supplement the mentioned documents within a specified time if the contractor has not submitted the required documents or the submitted documents are incomplete. The subject and objective evidence and other documents or statements must be submitted in the manner specified in particular in § 6 and § 7 of the Regulation of the Prime Minister dated December 30, 2020, on the manner of preparing and transmitting information and technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in public procurement proceedings or contests (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2452).
