The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with three suppliers for the delivery of public charging stations for electric vehicles intended for installation in parking areas and garages managed by the Technical Road Administration of the Capital City of Prague, Inc.
Based on the framework agreement, partial public contracts will be awarded for the supply of:
- charging stations (wallboxes and standalone stations),
- external control units for managing groups of charging stations,
- payment terminals,
- related assembly, installation, commissioning, initial inspections, and operator training.
The anticipated maximum scope of performance is up to 700 charging stations. The contract also includes the provision of warranty service, ensuring the authorization of persons designated by the contracting authority to perform maintenance activities, and the supply of spare parts during the guaranteed device lifespan.
The charging stations must be compatible with the system of the charging infrastructure operator designated by the contracting authority and must meet the technical requirements specified in the procurement documentation.
The subject of the public contract does not include ensuring project, engineering, or construction preparation of locations for the installation of charging stations, nor the subsequent management and operation of the charging infrastructure after the warranty period expires.
Partial public contracts will be awarded by a combination of procedures with and without competition renewal among the participants of the framework agreement in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement. The contracting authority does not reserve a minimum quantity of delivery.
