Establishment of a reg. u. überreg. Knowledge transfer on the transformation of work in the field of AI. In the project "Centre for the Future of the
World of Work (ZZA)", funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS), the Institute for Labour Science and Technology Management IAT at the University of Stuttgart is participating in the coordinating centre of the ESF-Plus federal programme "Future Centres". Taking into account digital, ecological and demographic change, participatory learning and working structures as well as opportunities for employees to help shape and qualify employees will be discussed. In exchange with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the ZZA provides the think tank of the Future Centres, the network management of/to/between the regional Future Centres and the House of the Self-Employed, as well as the knowledge transfer for the Future Centres in the Federal Republic of Germany.

The aim of the advertised service is to establish a regional and supra-regional knowledge transfer on the transformation of work in the field of artificial intelligence. In order to provide a comprehensive range of information and exchanges, a supra-regional knowledge pool must be set up, participatory introductory and information events must be planned, organized and carried out, and a project map must be created.
