The subject of this public procurement is the execution of the "DELIVERY OF A GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ASSET MANAGEMENT". Within the project, it is planned to deliver and put into operation a geographical information system to support processes within the water supply and sewerage operator and improve the performance of activities and services provided to citizens and businesses. The activity is aimed at more efficient management, operation, and maintenance of the water supply and sewerage networks and facilities by integrating, visualizing, and providing the ability to spatially analyze data stored by the company. The implementation of the project will create a complete corporate GIS system for the needs of the water supply and sewerage company. The execution of the public procurement includes the following main activities that form the scope of the project:
• Activity 1 – Research, analysis, and design;
• Activity 2 – Delivery of software, integration, and development of GIS;
• Activity 3 – Digitization and data migration;
• Activity 4 – Delivery of equipment;
• Activity 5 – Training and testing;
• Activity 6 – Implementation,
as well as warranty support for the delivered software and equipment.
