Framework agreement for subsequent markets concerning the selection of 10 IT service providers who will assist companies in the Loire region in conducting proof of concept experiments based on Artificial Intelligence (AI POC DIVA) for a total amount of 1,026,000 EUR including tax. The maximum amount for each AI POC DIVA service is 38,000 EUR including tax.

The implementation of proof of concept experiments (AI POC DIVA) is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF 21-27).

This framework agreement is multi-awarded in accordance with article R.2162-11 of the public procurement code. The maximum number of awardees for the Framework Agreement is limited to 10 (ten) providers, subject to receiving a sufficient number of offers that will be put to competition in accordance with article R2162-10 of the CCP. It is executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts in accordance with articles R.2162-2, R.2162-7 and following of the CCP.
