The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of laboratory equipment that is part of the research infrastructure necessary for developing analytical and diagnostic solutions in the fields of microbiological, virological, and chemical research used for controlling the safety of plant raw materials, feed materials, food feed, and the environment. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts, namely:
part no. 1 - delivery, installation, and commissioning of a liquid chromatograph connected to a high-resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer (LC-HRMS, QToF) (1 unit)
part no. 2 - delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment for preparing feed samples (cryogenic grinder) (1 set)
part no. 3 - delivery, installation, and commissioning of a real-time PCR apparatus (2 units)
part no. 4 - delivery, installation, and commissioning of a real-time PCR apparatus (1 unit)
The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes:
1) delivery of factory new equipment, manufactured in 2025, originating from current production and unused before the delivery date, excluding the use necessary to conduct a proper functioning test, sourced from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring the execution of warranty rights for the equipment as specified in the draft contract forming Annex 6 to the SWZ, along with their transportation, delivery, installation (if applicable), and placement in the location indicated by the Ordering Party. All elements of the device being the subject of this order must have a CE conformity certificate, indicating compliance with European safety requirements. The supplied equipment must be labeled in such a way that both the product and the manufacturer can be identified.
2) providing the required operating manuals along with the order,
3) providing technical and user documentation related to the subject of the order,
4) providing warranty documents issued by the manufacturer along with the order, as well as all necessary wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper operation of the product). After delivery and/or installation at the Ordering Party’s premises, the equipment must be ready for proper, trouble-free operation concerning all component elements and functions, according to the description of these elements in Annex 10 to the SWZ. It is unacceptable for additional elements (devices), software to be installed later for proper operation, especially for an additional fee (this does not apply to consumables ordered during the operation of the equipment).
5) cleaning the premises after installation and arrangement of equipment,
6) conducting training for the indicated employees of the Ordering Party on the operation of the devices,
7) the costs of transportation and insurance for the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor,
8) all electrical components of the offered equipment must comply with the Polish power supply standard,
9) The Contractor shall be responsible to the Ordering Party for being authorized to place the software installed in the offered devices into circulation and for the fact that the Ordering Party, by entering into the contract, will be authorized to use all software provided with the offered equipment within the scope of ordinary use (if applicable),
10) The Contractor is responsible for the entire order, including its progress and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical conditions, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Detailed description and method of execution of the order are contained in the OPZ, which constitutes Annex 10 to the SWZ and the draft contract which constitutes Annex 6 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party allows for partial offers. The Ordering Party does not impose any restrictions on the number of parts of the order for which one Contractor may submit an offer. The Ordering Party also does not impose any restrictions on the number of parts that the order may be awarded to one Contractor.
