The specialist procedure must enable a holistic and seamless processing of all services according to SGB XII as well as the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act (AsylbLG) as well as the processing of BuT applications. The specialist procedure must allow for fully process-oriented case management that structures, is traceable, and efficiently represents all procedural steps. The aim is to support the processing of complex social law cases (e.g., according to SGB XII and AsylbLG) through clearly guided user navigation, transparent status display, and intelligent automation. The focus is on process-oriented case management based on workflows, which can flexibly represent both standardized processes (e.g., application acceptance, decision-making, expression of opinion procedures) and individual processing steps. The solution must relieve caseworkers, shorten processing times, and simultaneously ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal audit steps. In addition, traffic light and status functions, parallel case processing, structured mask navigation, and reminders management should contribute to a significant improvement in professional and organizational processes.
