The subject of this public procurement is the delivery and installation of a new photovoltaic power plant, including a battery storage system, located on the roof structures of the Retirement Home in the municipality of Bystřany.
Part of the fulfillment also involves the provision of all related documentation, assembly and electrical installation works, roof reconstruction, commissioning of the equipment, training of the personnel, and ensuring the necessary inspections and permits for operation according to current legislation.
An integral part of the delivery is also the establishment of an energy management system, which will allow monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing the production and consumption of electrical energy from the photovoltaic power plant and the battery storage system.
The contractor will also ensure the provision of service activities during the warranty period, at least to the extent specified in the proposed service contract, which is part of the procurement documentation (see Annex No. 3).
