Description:
The procurement involves supplying a computational server designed for data-intensive analyses in genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and structural biology, enabling advanced algorithm execution and AI applications.

The subject of the public procurement is the supply of a computational server for data-intensive and computationally intensive analyses, which will be primarily intended for the analysis of large datasets in genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and structural biology and applications of artificial intelligence methods. The server will enable the effective running of algorithms for whole-genome assembly (de novo assembly), mapping sequence reads, variant calling, reconstruction of gene networks, analysis of expression and transcriptome, processing of large proteomic datasets, or deep learning modeling (e.g., structure prediction, classification of microscopy patterns). Furthermore, it will allow for the analysis of image data from confocal microscopes or AI tools for automated recognition of structures and prediction of the function of biomolecules.
