1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of the investment along with the delivery, equipment, devices, and services necessary to achieve the goal of the contract, which includes carrying out construction works for the investment task titled: ‘Construction of the ‘Graniczna’ Water Treatment Plant and modernization of the existing facilities of the Chojny Water Pumping Station in Łódź.’ The scope of the investment task constituting the subject of the contract includes the construction of the water treatment plant building SUW ‘Graniczna’ in Łódź with an office-social part, construction of a two-chamber raw water reservoir (ZS1 and ZS2) with a capacity of Vuż=2x1000m3 along with its equipment, construction of a hydro turbine building, construction of a transformer building, reconstruction of the existing Chojny Water Pumping Station building in Łódź along with the insulation of external partitions, construction of an internal communication system derived from the planned axis for the reconstruction of a conventional access road from the municipal public road - Graniczna Street in Łódź, construction of a parking lot for passenger cars accessible from Graniczna Street, construction of a bicycle shed, construction of paved surfaces - sidewalks, hardened strips around the building and structures as well as places for household waste, construction of a fence around the investment area and internal subdivisions of the investment area along with the necessary technical infrastructure. 2. The subject of the contract is to be executed in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract contained in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
