Implementation of monitoring missions for the civil engineering of underground transport infrastructure and the MNCA road network. These missions are governed by regulatory texts and technical instructions and consist of a cycle made up of initial detailed inspections (IDI) up to the first periodic detailed inspections (IDP), annual controls, as well as complementary missions. The civil engineering monitoring services of the underground structures of transport infrastructure and the MNCA road network will be carried out within the framework of large transport infrastructure projects and currently include the following elements: - The underground structures of tram line T2 (tunnels, covered trench, and the four underground stations); - The underground structures of the West Exit development of the Mathis Way (SOVM); - Other major tunnels of the MNCA road network. For practical reasons, these tunnels are divided into 2 categories in this contract, with: - Tunnels known as category 1, with a length of 300 ml or more (LIAUTAUD; CAP ESTEL; ANDRÉ MALRAUX); - Tunnels known as category 2, with a length of less than 300 ml and including various underground structures of the road network. This list is not exhaustive and may evolve following changes in the competencies of Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur (part of the heritage).
