The delivered equipment must be brand new, unused, and manufactured in accordance with European safety standards. The software products (packages) delivered with the equipment must be licensed. The configuration must be delivered with all necessary accessories, fittings, and consumables and must be completely ready for operation in all its functionalities. The equipment must be delivered with the consumables and accessories required as a minimum for its commissioning and demonstration of the parameters set out in the technical specification.
The offered equipment must have parameters identical to or better than the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority, as specified in the technical specification.
