Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC), is publishing this Request for Proposals for the acquisition of specialized testing, analysis, and development services in the field of electro-optical guidance systems that may incorporate laser guidance techniques, pseudo-imaging or imaging, as well as sophisticated countermeasure discrimination mechanisms located at the Valcartier Research Centre (VRC), according to the terms outlined in the Annex Statement of Work.
