Scope II: Purchase of infrastructure - server equipment, in particular:
Task 1: Delivery: purchase of infrastructure - delivery of server equipment - equipment needed for all activities requiring computing power and data storage (arrays) - this includes both physical infrastructure (servers, GPUs) and supports containerization and analytical environments.
Task 2: Delivery: Purchase of equipment for digitizing paper documents - scanner providing high-quality reproduction, necessary for further processing and indexing.
Task 3: Delivery: Purchase of licenses for the OCR system for automatic text recognition in medical documents - enables the conversion of images into text that can be indexed and analyzed.
Scope III: Delivery: Purchase of licenses for analytical software used for processing and analyzing data, including tools for building and versioning AI models.
Scope IV: Extension of the HIS system, and in particular:
Task 1: Service: Integration of IT solutions with the central medical data repository, EDM and the P1 platform, according to interoperability standards. The tool enables indexing existing documents in the P1 system and the identification and generation of overdue documents of the information card in the HIS Eskulap hospital system, as well as the potential integration with the system for digitizing paper documentation being developed by CeZ.
Task 2: Delivery: Purchase, implementation, and four-year support of the system (NAC class, for 1,000 devices) for managing access and monitoring data integrity - crucial for ensuring authorization, authentication, logging, and security of communication between systems.
Task 3: Delivery: Extension and expansion of licenses for EDR class protective software, providing advanced threat detection, vulnerability management, and protection of workstations and servers in the hospital infrastructure - ESET PROTECT Elite license (including Extended Detection & Response, vulnerability management). Extension of existing licenses until 30.06.2029 - ESET PROTECT Elite license (including Extended Detection & Response, vulnerability management).
Task 4: A tool that extends the functional capabilities of the PACS Eskulap system with functions enabling RIS/PACS communication with the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) using AI algorithms to recognize and identify potential diseases in the diagnosis of lung and breast cancer, ischemic stroke, fractures, and the musculoskeletal system, as well as analyze pathological changes in chest X-rays based on DICOM file analysis.
Task 5: Extension of the HIS system (to Eskulap NG - Nursing Desktop, Ambulatory Desktop, Extension of EDM with further documents, EDM Gateway, RZM EXT API, two-factor authentication MFA) and work related to integration with existing systems.
Scope V: Delivery: Purchase of licenses for a mobile application for patients, serving for communication with medical staff and integration with source systems (e.g., HIS, EDM)
