Closing Date:
Location(s):
PL514 Miasto Wrocław (PL Poland/POLSKA)
Description:
Delivery, installation, and commissioning of an integrated nucleic acid sequencing system for advanced genomic analyses, featuring high-performance long-read sequencing, local data processing, and dedicated software.

The subject of the planned contract is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of an integrated nucleic acid sequencing system intended for advanced genomic, metagenomic, and transcriptomic analyses, along with dedicated software, starter materials, a workstation, personnel training, and manufacturer’s warranty. The system enables high-performance sequencing of long DNA and RNA fragments, conducting parallel sequencing experiments, and generating data in real-time. The solution includes a fully integrated laboratory-class computational module that allows for local data processing, including automatic conversion of the primary signal into nucleotide sequence form and preliminary qualitative analysis of results, without the need to use external IT infrastructure.
1. Sequencing performed on the device is based on direct electronic reading of nucleic acid sequences from a single molecule, without the stage of clonal amplification. The process involves measuring changes in the electrical signal generated by a DNA or RNA molecule passing through a nanostructured channel.
2. The device is brand new, unconditioned, unrefurbished.
3. The ability to simultaneously conduct 2 independent sequencing experiments on separate ports.
4. The capability of generating up to 290 Gb of data from one (flow cell) within 72 hours.
5. The possibility of sequencing ligated DNA, PCR, cDNA, RNA, sequencing of long fragments, NGS libraries, and multiplexing (barcoding).
6. Installed sequencing management and data analysis software dedicated to the proposed device.
7. The dimensions of the device do not exceed 180 mm x 225 mm x 430 mm [+/- 10%].
8. The device along with a warranty for a minimum period of 24 months.
