The subject of the order includes:
1) Delivery of two brand new electric city buses, produced no earlier than 2025, free from physical and legal defects, produced by the same manufacturer, of one brand, type and version, identical within the given length class in terms of construction, technical parameters and equipment, as well as furnishings, color scheme and organization of passenger space, unconditionally allowed to operate on Polish public roads along with the necessary software;
2) Delivery and commissioning of electric bus charging stations, enabling charging of batteries in the buses.
3) The Contractor must ensure warranty and post-warranty service of the subject of the order (buses), with a maximum distance from the authorized service of 100 km.
