1. The subject of the contract is the construction of an intelligent radio management system for the water supply network to reduce water losses, and in particular includes the supply of water meters along with the implementation of a stationary reading system for the water supply network and network elements using ISM radio technology with the necessary infrastructure, software, and integration services.

The contracting authority informs that this public procurement is carried out based on a funding agreement for the project "Water Supply and Sewerage Company Ltd. in Wyszków for supporting access to water and sustainable water management in the area of the Wyszków Municipality" – within the framework of action FENX.02.05 Drinking Water priority FENX.02 Support for the energy and environmental sectors, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the program European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027, project "Construction of an Intelligent Radio Management System for the Water Supply Network to Reduce Water Losses."

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of an intelligent radio management system for the water supply network to reduce water losses, and in particular includes the supply of water meters along with the implementation of a stationary reading system for the water supply network and network elements using ISM radio technology with the necessary infrastructure, software, and integration services.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in attachment no. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The deadline required by the contracting authority for the completion of the subject of the contract: from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2028, subject to the requirements indicated in attachment no. 1 to the SWZ regarding the schedule for the execution of the subject of the contract.
4.
