The review of the initial applications for participation will be carried out within 10 working days from the deadline for submitting initial applications, after which the Contracting Authority determines by Decision the inclusion of candidates in the DPS, applying selection criteria.
After the expiry of the initial deadline for submitting applications for inclusion in the DPS, new incoming applications will be reviewed within 10 working days of their submission. After each review of applications, the Contracting Authority issues a decision for the inclusion of candidates in the DPS, applying selection criteria.
The awarding of public procurement through the Dynamic Purchasing System is carried out after conducting restricted procedures. The duration of the contracts that will be concluded based on the public procurements conducted within the established DPS (restricted procedures) is 24 months.
