1. The subject of the order is the “Purchase of SOC Service with Implementation Service”, i.e., a comprehensive provision of services in the field of information security, including the launch, configuration, integration, and maintenance of an advanced cybersecurity service.
2. The order includes:
1) Security Operations Center (SOC) – the launch and provision of a service that ensures round-the-clock monitoring, analysis, and response to security incidents in the Client's IT environment using the Client's SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system, described in Annex 1 to the “Description of the subject of the order (Annex 1 to the Contract)”, which is Annex 2a to the SWZ.
2) Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) – launching and providing a service for the automation and orchestration of security processes, supporting incident analysis and handling, as well as integration with the Client's existing tools.
3) Deception System (Deceptor) – the launch and provision of a service for detecting and analyzing attacks using honeypot technology, enabling the detection of undesirable activities within the network.
4) Authentication, Authorization, and Access Control Service (IAM/PAM) – the launch and provision of a service responsible for secure user access to the Client's IT resources.
3. The subject of the order will be carried out in accordance with Annex 2a to the SWZ “Description of the subject of the order (Annex 2 to the Contract),” Annex 2 to the SWZ “Price Form,” and under the conditions specified in the “Template Contract” (Annex 13 to the SWZ).
4. Persons performing third-line support tasks, described in point 6 subpoint 9 of the Description of the subject of the order (Annex 2 to the Contract), will be employed by the Contractor or subcontractor based on an employment relationship as referred to in Article 22, § 1 of the Labor Code, with at least half-time employment considering the minimum wage determined according to separate regulations for the entire duration of Phase II.
