The Municipality of Norrköping intends to enter into a framework agreement which includes the provision of planning support services with a total of three (3) bidders. The framework agreement includes consulting services within planning support for comprehensive planning, detailed planning, and environmental assessments according to the Planning and Building Act and the Environmental Code.
