Package No. 1 - Expansion of the HIS system and digitization of medical documentation.
The subject of the order is the provision of the service for the expansion of the HIS system and the service of digitization of medical documentation for the Provincial Hospital Center of the Jelenia Góra Valley in Jelenia Góra. The subject of the order includes, in particular:
Stage I - Expansion of the HIS system - delivery of licenses - within 30 days of signing the contract, no later than 29.01.2026,
Stage II - Implementation of the expansion of the HIS system - by 15.05.2026,
Stage III - Conducting Eskulap training - by 15.05.2026,
Stage IV - Delivery of Eskulap Digitalization of Medical Documentation licenses - within 30 days of signing the contract, no later than 29.01.2026,
Stage V - Implementation of Eskulap Digitalization of Medical Documentation licenses along with training and 3-year maintenance - by 15.05.2026,
Stage VI - Delivery of the Medical PUI Interface licenses - within 30 days of signing the contract, no later than 29.01.2026,
Stage VII - Implementation of the PUI Interface licenses along with training and 3-year maintenance - by 15.05.2026,
All tasks must be completed no later than by 15.05.2026.
