The subject of the Contract also includes the obligation of the CONTRACTOR to register the vehicle in KAT – Gabrovo on behalf of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, as well as to provide warranty and maintenance services within the warranty periods, according to the terms of the contract. The minimum requirements regarding the type, technical data, and characteristics of the vehicle and the charging station to be delivered by the contractor are detailed in the Technical Specification.
