Supply of pharmaceutical products through a dynamic purchasing system according to technical specifications, detailed in Technical applications to the invitations that the Contracting Authority will send to candidates in the second stage of the DPS.
Forecast quantities of the products to be supplied will be indicated in Technical applications to the invitations that the Contracting Authority will send to candidates in the second stage of the DPS. Due to their forecast nature, the indicated quantities will not represent either a minimum or maximum total quantity that the Contracting Authority will request for delivery during the execution period of the respective contract. In the implementation of the concluded contracts for the supply of pharmaceutical products, the Contracting Authority will request such quantities of products as it needs, considering the volume and nature of the activity it performs.
