1. The subject of the contract is the provision of specialist services concerning the modification and expansion of the Development Services Database (BUR), involving analytical, programming, testing, installation work, and documentation preparation, according to emerging needs, as well as the provision of warranty service. The execution of the contract will involve the Contractor sending, in the form of individual Orders, the scope of work related to the modification or expansion of the BUR. Individual Orders may include, among others, the implementation of new functionalities, the addition of support for new processes or modification of existing ones, the implementation of artificial intelligence to automate processes, the implementation of recommendations resulting from security tests, performance tests, the implementation of changes to improve the accessibility and usability of the System, and conducting integration with other IT systems. Individual Orders will be passed along with the emerging needs of the Contractor. The order will be carried out as part of the non-competitive PARP project No. FERS.01.03-IP.09-0005/23 “Expansion of the functionalities of the Development Services Database and its dissemination as a tool supporting the learning process of adults” implemented under Action 01.03 of the European Social Fund Program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. The provision of warranty service for the performed subject of the order covers the period from the signing of the delivery protocol of the given order until the expiration of 12 months from the date of signing the delivery protocol of the last order. The scope of planned work to be commissioned includes the design and execution of new functionalities related to the functional requirements of the Development Services Database (analytical work, programming, including using artificial intelligence to automate processes, installation, and preparation of technical and user documentation), including: 1) conducting an analysis and developing project documentation for the modification and expansion of the System; 2) performing all necessary activities aimed at designing, building, installing, launching, and ensuring the proper operation of the modification and expansion of the System; 3) delivery of all required software necessary to launch and ensure the proper functioning of the System, application software, database software, tool software, along with licenses and the installation and configuration of this software; 4) preparing and delivering user documentation and technical documentation for the modification and expansion of the System; 5) conducting and documenting the necessary package of functional tests of the software (preparation of test scenarios and conducting internal tests before the handover of the software). 3. The deadline for the completion of the order: the maximum deadline for the execution of the contract is 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4.
