The subject of the contract includes the implementation of an investment under the name: "Construction of electrical energy storage for MPGK Krosno Sp. z o.o." The investment has been divided into 2 parts (tasks): Task 1 - "Construction of an electrical energy storage facility at the MPGK Krosno headquarters at ul. Fredry 12 with a capacity of 200 kWh and a power of 50 kW" Task 2 - "Construction of an electrical energy storage facility at RCO with a capacity of 400 kWh and a power of 200 kW"

Part I - Task 1 - "Construction of an electrical energy storage facility at the MPGK Krosno headquarters at ul. Fredry 12 with a capacity of 200 kWh and a power of 50 kW".
1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation and the construction of electrical energy storage systems at two locations of MPGK sp. z o.o. Krosno. The planned initiative will serve to store electrical energy, which will be used for balancing electrical energy in the Company and in the Krosno Energy Cluster. The subject of the contract includes the implementation of an investment under the name: "Construction of electrical energy storage for MPGK Krosno Sp. z o.o." The investment has been divided into 2 parts (tasks), including: Task 1 - "Construction of an electrical energy storage facility at the MPGK Krosno headquarters at ul. Fredry 12 with a capacity of 200 kWh and a power of 50 kW" 2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will prepare complete project documentation covering, among others: the preparation of a map for project purposes, construction project (PZT+PAB), technical project (PT) divided by industry, executive project (PW) divided by industry, technical specification for execution and acceptance of works, operating and maintenance instructions for storage facilities, works cost estimate and investment cost estimate. 3. The Contractor's responsibilities will include: a) obtaining necessary agreements and lawful decisions resulting in obtaining a construction permit (including possibly decisions regarding environmental conditions and zoning conditions). In this regard, the contractor may rely on documents obtained by the Employer, b) preparing and submitting a complete application for obtaining connection conditions to the electrical grid. In this regard, the contractor may rely on documents obtained by the Employer or make necessary modifications, c) before submitting to OSD, agreeing the prepared application for obtaining connection conditions with the Employer d) possible negotiations with the local OSD (PGE Dystrybucja SA Branch Rzeszów), e) obtaining connection conditions to the electrical grid, f) adapting and expanding the existing equipment of the Employer in accordance with the obtained connection conditions and the provisions of the Functional-Utility Program for each task, g) submitting for approval to the local Network Operator (PGE Dystrybucja SA Branch Rzeszów) the executive project in the required scope and obtaining its approval regarding compliance with the connection conditions to the electrical grid (compliance with NC RfG), h) obtaining decisions enabling the operation of the installation (including, among others, opinions, expert opinions, document agreements, operational cooperation instructions, etc., trials, measurements in accordance with applicable procedures for production modules depending on their power, taking into account already operating installations in individual locations in accordance with the grid code regarding requirements for connecting units to the network (NC RfG), including conducting tests and approving their results by the network operator), reporting the completion of construction to the National Fire Brigade and the appropriate construction supervision authority, i) obtaining necessary documents allowing the Employer to conclude a connection agreement and distribution agreement with the local OSD, in accordance with the current procedure for connecting new sources used by the local OSD, j) ensuring author supervision throughout the investment period based on the project prepared by the Contractor, k) the contractor will make all necessary arrangements related to the design and execution of the investment, bearing all costs associated with such arrangements and obtaining decisions (excluding, however, fees associated with the conditions of connection to the external electrical grid - the costs associated with obtaining these connection conditions will be borne by the Employer; however, the provision that the Contractor will be exempted from the costs related to these connection fees does not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility for preparing a complete application and obtaining these connection conditions on behalf of and for the Employer). 4. The execution of the subject of the contract should be carried out taking into account the connection conditions issued by OSD and in accordance with the current Energy Law regulations, the NC RfG grid code and the IRiESD. 5. The Employer will enable Contractors to conduct a site visit of the facilities related to the subject of the contract before submitting offers. Before conducting the site visit, the Contractor should contact the Employer's representative in writing (i.e. Mr. Robert Wulw, tel. 13 47 48 327, robert.wulw@khk.krosno.pl) on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to schedule the site visit and at the same time indicate their own proposed date for the visit). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ and in the PFU.
