Framework agreement with purchase orders for the integration, commissioning, and maintenance of controllers in the ESCOTA network tunnels.
The contract, which involves establishing a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, relates to carrying out removal, rewiring, integration, commissioning, and maintenance services for Rockwell brand controllers supplied by the contracting authority, across all tunnels of the ESCOTA network. These controllers are used to control and supervise the tunnel safety equipment. The removal and rewiring services include dismantling and recycling obsolete controllers in place, then replacing them with new controllers, also of the Rockwell brand.
The integration services include installation, configuration, and testing to validate the conformity of the new equipment with all operational equipment, requiring the integrator to have proven experience in integrating and implementing Rockwell brand equipment.
The commissioning services include putting the controllers into production and transferring their operation to the ESCOTA technical teams.
The 24/7 maintenance services include hardware maintenance of the controllers, as well as their software maintenance to be performed during the duration of the framework agreement.
The services will be carried out in operational tunnels, day or night, involving significant operational constraints and a genuine ability to adapt on the part of the candidates.
The supply of the controllers is not included in this framework agreement.
For information, the average need is estimated at around 30 controllers and 300 Remote Input/Output Modules (MESD) within 15 tunnels.
