Description:
The project involves the installation of DC and AC charging points along with a battery storage system to optimize energy use and provide backup power for the police station.

There will be 2 DC charging points with 150 kW each and 4 AC double charging points with 11 kW each. A battery storage system will be provided for the required charging capacity, which relieves the upstream grid and absorbs load peaks. Excess energy from the PV system will be temporarily stored in the battery storage and used as needed instead of feeding it into the public grid. In the event of a power outage, the battery storage is intended to serve as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for the police station until the emergency power system (EPS) takes over.
