The Western Uusimaa welfare area (hereinafter also the Client) requests participation applications for the procurement of purchase services for basic dental care. This concerns the reopening of a supplier register established in spring 2024. Service providers already included in the register do not need to register or apply again.

The procurement will be carried out as a procedure similar to a dynamic supplier register, meaning a process designed by the contracting authority in accordance with the principles of procurement law for the acquisition of the services in question.

The Western Uusimaa welfare area will select all service providers for the supplier register that meet the requirements set out in this request for participation and its annexes.

Purchases made under the contract will be ordered either from the most suitable service provider or through a simplified competition, depending on the value of the procurement. A more detailed description of the procurement procedure is in annex 1.1 "Description of the Procurement Procedure".

This is a procurement in accordance with Appendix E, and the anticipated value of the procurement is 10 million euros for the calculated four years. A more detailed description of the service in question is in annex 1 "Description of the Subject of the Procurement".

The contract period is indefinite.
