The aim of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"), the subject of which will be the supply of charging stations for electric vehicles in three power variants: 200kW+, 300kW+, and 400kW, as specified in detail in section 4 of the procurement documentation (charging stations hereinafter also referred to as "CS"). Supplies will take place based on individual contracts (partial public contracts) awarded under the framework agreement, up to a maximum number specified in the framework agreement.
