The purpose of this contract corresponds to the services to be implemented for the design and execution of an electrical supply system for container ships according to the IEC/IEEE80005-1 standard, at the Quai des Amériques, at the North Terminals of Le Havre. The main services expected under this contract are: - Fixed part: - Design studies including: o Finalization of the preliminary project of the contractor's bid, o Project studies (PRO), o Work Execution Management (DET), o Scheduling Management Coordination (OPC), o Assistance with Reception Operations (AOR), o The CIE mission (Coordination of External Stakeholders) is integrated into the OPC, - Necessary administrative procedures, - Execution, - EXE and VISA missions (the latter, carried out by the project ownership team identified within the contractor), - Training. - Framework agreement part: - Additional training, - Operation, - Assistance and support for commissioning, - Annual preventive and corrective maintenance. The section for purchase orders, and if necessary, subsequent markets related to the operation, is expected to be temporary until the stabilization of operations. This framework agreement is established without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 2,500,000 euros excluding VAT (for the maximum duration including all extensions)
