3.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of technical consultancy services and comprehensive, multidisciplinary investment supervision for the investment task entitled: "Integrated network for innovative transformation and decarbonization of district heating" (UNITEDHEAT); Stage II Construction of a solar heating plant.

3.2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform multidisciplinary investment supervision over the ongoing investment. The Contractor will perform their function with the help of a multi-person supervisory team, which they will lead and for which they will be responsible.

3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the investment task is included in Attachment No. 1 to the Request for Proposal titled "Description of the Subject of the Contract" (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") and in the Contract Template, which constitutes Attachment No. 5 to the Request for Proposal. The Contractor is obliged to execute the subject of the contract in accordance with SOP-432521 Executing Works by Contractors and the E.ON Supplier Code (Attachments No. 11 and 12 to the Request for Proposal).
