The subject of this public procurement is the realization of supplies under the project "EU4Moldova: Sustainable Food Systems – Production project", the aim of which is to strengthen Moldovan laboratory and research capacities in the field of sustainable agriculture, soil and plant analysis, phytopathology, microbiology, and cannabis testing. The contracting authority does not allow alternative solutions. The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of laboratory and analytical equipment and related services, in 7 parts (A – G) including:

A) Laboratory Glassware and Equipment for Sample Preparation
- Supply of laboratory glassware (volumetric flasks, beakers, conical flasks, pipettes, test tubes, Soxhlet flasks, cups, cuvettes, etc.)
- Supply of basic laboratory instruments and accessories for sample preparation,
- Supply of devices for grinding, sieving, and homogenizing samples,
- Supply of heating and basic thermal equipment (muffle furnaces, burners, ovens, thermostats),
- Supply of laboratory instruments for distillation, grinding, and sample preparation,
- Supply of auxiliary laboratory tools and consumables necessary for regular laboratory operation.

B) Analytical and Measuring Instruments.
- Supply of moisture analyzers, analytical and precision balances,
- Supply of pH meters, conductivity meters, and multiparameter measuring instruments,
- Supply of photometric and colorimetric devices,
- Supply of flame photometers and ion-selective measuring systems,
- Supply of analytical software and systems for data collection, where relevant.

C) Equipment for Phytopathology and Bacteriology Laboratory.
- Supply of biologically safe workstations with laminar airflow,
- Supply of sterilization equipment including autoclaves and dry sterilization ovens,
- Supply of incubators and thermostatic chambers,
- Supply of centrifuges, laboratory refrigerators, and freezers,
- Supply of laboratory equipment for microbiological cultivation and diagnosis,
- Supply of devices for marking, handling, and storing samples.

D) Microscopes.
- Supply of binocular and trinocular microscopes,
- Supply of software for image capture, analysis, and documentation,
- Supply of accessories for microscopes and lighting systems.

LOT-0004

E) Analytical Equipment – Chromatograph, Spectrometer.
- Supply of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system with appropriate detectors,
- Supply of portable and laboratory spectrometric analyzers (e.g., NIR technology),
- Supply of devices for sample preparation for cannabis analysis,
- Supply of analytical software and calibration models for cannabinoid determination,
- Supply of reference and screening tools for quality control of cannabis and hemp products.

F) SEM and Advanced Imaging Equipment.
- Supply of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM),
- Supply of SEM sample preparation equipment (coaters, vacuum systems, accessories),
- Supply of vibration isolation tables, backup power systems, and auxiliary infrastructure,
- Supply of workstations and software for SEM data processing and image analysis,
- Installation, calibration, and specialized user training.

G) Photographic and Documentation Equipment.
- Supply of professional digital cameras and lenses,
- Supply of digital microscopic cameras and imaging systems,
- Supply of tripods, lighting systems, and photographic accessories,
- Supply of devices for scientific documentation and reporting,
- Supply of tools for image processing and archiving.
