The subject of the contract includes the provision of consulting services to the Ordering Party regarding the implementation of the project "Ensuring Availability and Use by Citizens and Businesses of Innovative Network Services and Spatial Data along with Improvements in Security, Health Protection, and Human Life Provided by Public Administration (Smart Geoportal)", including:
1) basic order, which involves providing consulting services through permanent roles mentioned in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – draft contract § 1 sec. 1 item 11;
2) optional order, which includes providing consulting services for a maximum of 20,000 hours through additional roles mentioned in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – draft contract § 1 sec. 1 item 10;
