This consultation concerns the launch of a framework agreement according to a formalized procedure, aimed at providing assistance to the SMAEL in its role as organizing authority, within the framework of public water service management.
The contracting authority has decided not to subdivide the contract for the following reasons: the allocation in separate lots would make the execution of the services technically difficult.
